Note: you must be a member in good standing to qualify for member rates.
Payment Information
Acceptable forms of payments include:
- Check: payable to EWRI Congress 2024 (in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank. Include attendee's name in the memo area of the check). To ensure that your check has been received and registration processed properly, all checks must be received by Monday, April 30, 2024.
- Credit card: American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club
- Purchase order: P.O. #, company name and address or other billing address (This includes government P.O. use.)

Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Forms will not be processed without payment or copy of purchase order.
Cancellations/Refunds
A full refund will be issued if the cancellation notice is received by the deadline of Friday, March 1, 2024 (for authors, co-authors and moderators) and Wednesday, April 17, 2024 (general attendees).

Author (including co-authors) and moderator registration fees are non-refundable after Friday, March 1, 2024, due to the necessary advance production of the proceedings and the program. Exceptions may only be made for illness or emergency if the request is made in writing and accompanied by a doctor's note and/or similar official documentation stating the emergency and person's name. If your request qualifies for the subsequent refund, it will be discussed post-conference by EWRI management, and if the refund is approved, it will be made minus a $250.00 processing fee. To submit a cancellation request, please contact ASCE Customer Service at [email protected].
Attendee refund requests received after the cancellation date of Wednesday, April 17, 2024, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are reviewed 30 days post-conference. Refund requests may only be made for illness or emergency, and should be accompanied by a doctor's note and/or similar official documentation stating the emergency and person's name. The subsequent refund will be discussed post-conference by EWRI management, and if the refund is approved, it will be made minus a $100.00 processing fee.
